Well we have now discovered that the tubes and trains stop at around 12.30am. Thankfully it’s easier to get a cab in Singapore than Ramsden Heath and a lot cheaper. So we were finally tucked up in bed at 2.00am!

After a lovely lie in, it appears it went for breakfast when the rest of the hotel did, it was heaving.

We booked tickets for the Sky Park Observation Deck at Marina Bay Sands Hotel and made our way there by bus as each journey only seems to cost 6p. The views were fantastic and the sun came out.

We then had time for another beer at Yardbirds before heading back to the hotel for 3.00 in time for our transfer to the airport.

Currently waiting for our gate to show, so fingers crossed it won’t be too long.
